Our R&D Department employs a team o f highly qualified staff, who use advanced CAD and management software systems to develop new products. They have already introduced many product series that have high potential market value, and obtained certificates issued by authorized international agencies. These include: UL, VDE, GS/TUV, Semko, Nemko, Fimko, Demko, ITS and so on.
In order to streamline the product development process, the R&D Department has been divided into four parts:
1. Design Office - Provides new designs and workable plans for certification and approval through market investigation.
2. Testing Room - Assembles and tests new products, analyzes shortcomings in construction and characteristics, and works together with the designers to rectify these problems.
3. Technology Office - Uses Intel CAPP3.0 software, to confirm drafts into standardized technology files in order for recording and sharing with other departments.
4. Filing Office - Files records of the whole manufacturing procedure, with each type and specification. Records start with basic designs, through to technology, assembling, processing, inspection, packing, trademark, label etc. This enables results to be compared, and information to be stored efficiently.
